1.Personal Information
Enter the Temple Co. and Viral Defense Copper Mask (collectively, "Viral Defense Copper Mask", "Viral Defense", "We", "Us", or "Our") collects Personal Information in which customers voluntarily submit when purchasing, subscribing, registering, entering contests, joining a loyalty program, signing up for emails or offers, such as, but not limited to, a person’s name and email address that is necessary for Viral Defense to provide services offered on our site, including delivery. Additionally Personal Information may include mailing address, phone number, credit card (only upon purchasing products), demographic information, and preferences. All information will be used by Viral Defense internally to create better site contents, promotions, or other miscellaneous conditions that could aid in serving our customers more efficiently. Election of being added on to our email list will be at the customers’ discretion. Once a customer elects to be included in our email list and promotional or other events sponsored by Viral Defense we will collect personal information through our registration process and may also collect additional information via outside sources. All such collected information will be used to communicate and share with our customers about current promotion procedures or winning selections, our service updates, special opportunities, and future promotional events. If the customer does not wish to receive these communications, one can simply click on the “UNSUBSCRIBE” button in our email. 
You may also be able to register and log in using a social media account, including your Facebook account. When you use a social media account to log into the Sites, you may also be able to use certain social features on the Sites. For Facebook log in, Facebook will ask your permission to share certain information from your Facebook account with the Site. This may include your first name, last name, gender, profile picture, list of friends, a link to your Facebook profile, likes and other data that is part of you or your friends’ Facebook profile(s). This information is collected by Facebook and is provided to us under the terms of Facebook’s privacy policy. You can control the information that we receive from Facebook using the privacy settings in your Facebook account.
Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we may sell or purchase assets. If another entity acquires us or our assets, or assets related to the Sites, Personal Information, Usage Information, and any other information that we have collected about the users of the Sites may be disclosed to such entity as one of the transferred assets. Also, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, all such information may be considered an asset of ours and as such may be sold or transferred to third parties.

2.How We Protect Personal Information
While no electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, Viral Defense maintains reasonable safeguards, including physical, contractual, administrative and technical safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorized use, disclosure or destruction and when transferring information for processing. Only selected staff members with authorization will be allowed to view personal information.

3.Use of Cookies
Viral Defense would like to give you the best possible experience when you visit our website. One of the ways to achieve this is by using Cookies. We will not disclose your Private Information to a third party that you voluntarily share with us during registration process or other registration process for other events. All Private Information given to us will be used by Viral Defense to observe the Internet transactions occurred on the site. Said third party does not include website hosting partners and all other websites supporting us and our business. All these partners and websites in a business relationship with us are in an agreement that no Private Information of our customers shall be shared and disclosed.  
Additionally, Viral Defense can use email addresses or other personal information to contact you. For example, Viral Defense Copper Mask will use email addresses disclosed to deliver newsletters and special event opportunities and to notify winners of promotional events and contests.

5.  Underage Users (Minors) 
We acknowledge that minors (individuals under 18 years of age) are using the Internet. Our website is not intended for minors, and therefore, we do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from minors. We reserve the right to decline registration and sales to minors. Viral Defense encourages parents or guardians to play a central role in their child’s online activities and monitor those activities to ensure that sites visited by their child are respecting their child’s privacy. We suggest using On-Line Services or software that controls children’s online activities by preventing children from giving out names, addresses, and other personal information without parental permissions.

6.Changing and Removing Personal Information and Other Information
We are committed to giving you control over your Personal Information. You can change or remove any of the Personal Information in our database. You can correct, update, or remove information and preferences you have shared with us by signing in to your account and utilizing the My Account Menu. In all electronically transmitted communications, you will see how you can discontinue subscription of our newsletters. If you do not desire to receive our newsletters, simply click on “un-subscribe” and follow the directions.

Please note that if you choose to share information about yourself in an open format, such as through a Third Party Site like Facebook or Instagram or in the user-generated content elements of our own Sites, we consider that information to be public information - and not personal information.

On occasion, Viral Defense Copper Mask may sponsor special events (such as contests or other offerings), questionnaires and surveys.
